TOPUP NEPAL is a digital top-up service that provides in-game currency and subscription services for games and streaming platforms. We act as a reseller and are not affiliated with game developers or streaming platforms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may only maintain one account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

• All orders are final once payment is confirmed
• Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR)
• We accept eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and Wallet balance
• Orders are typically fulfilled within 5–30 minutes after payment verification
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment provider outages

You are solely responsible for providing correct game account details (UID, User ID, Zone ID, etc.). TOPUP NEPAL is not liable for top-ups sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Creating fake orders or reviews
• Sharing account credentials with others

• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
• Wallet deposits are subject to admin approval
• We reserve the right to freeze wallet balances suspected of fraud

TOPUP NEPAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including loss of in-game progress or account bans imposed by game developers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nepal.
